Our client, an award-winning Irish retail chain is seeking to recruit a dynamic and passionate fashion store manager to lead, coach, and motivate their team in Kilkenny.

Known for their unique reputation of offering 5* customer experience whilst showcasing the best Irish designs in fashion, jewellery, crafts, and homeware, this is a wonderful job opportunity for a passionate manager with knowledge of the Kilkenny area and commercial retailing.

This opportunity is best suited for an experienced retail manager with strong commercial and P&L experience looking to join an innovative, progressive, and successful fashion and home décor retail chain.

The responsibilities of this store manager job:

• Ensuring an excellent customer experience is delivered at all times.
• Deliver excellence in terms of fashion and commercial merchandising.
• Coach, train and develop knowledgeable sales consultants to deliver the best in class.
• Liaise with general manager, buying teams and marketing teams on a regular basis.
• Drive operational standards throughout the departments by developing opportunities and brand promotion.
• Drive sales and KPI’s and implement strategic plan of action.

Skills and experience required for this job:

• 3 years + retail store management experience ideally within fashion/ brands area
• Commercially driven with a passion for design, fashion and craft
• Experience in P&L and delivering KPI’s
• Successful record of providing 5* customer service.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.
• Unique knowledge of the local area.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
