Duties of a Retail Assistant

• Ensure that stock is continually replenished and displayed in the correct manner
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers
• Be knowledgeable on product range and store policies
• Cash Handling
• Participate in any ad hoc duties as required

Requirements of a Retail Assistant

• Some previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
• Proactive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• A courteous and friendly manner when dealing with customers
