Relief Chefs

Excel Recruitment is looking for Relief Chefs of all grades to join our temporary support team working throughout Belfast. This is a great opportunity to positively change your work/life balance whilst also increasing your culinary knowledge in various outlets and businesses.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• HACCP & Manual handling certs (We can get you training if you don’t have them)
• Available for various shifts throughout the week
• Experience in busy kitchens
• As Relief Chef you will be required to work in various areas of Belfast, so flexibility is required
• Good level of spoken English

Your responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking food to a high standard
• Always demonstrate a passion for service
• To adhere to all food safety guidelines
• Keep yourself, and your work area clean throughout your shift
• Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
