Responsibilities of the Chef:

• Preparing and cooking food to a high standard
• Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Supporting kitchen teams during peak service periods
• Managing food prep, stock rotation, and kitchen cleanliness
• Adapting quickly to different menus and kitchen environments

Requirements for the Chef:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced kitchen
• Culinary qualification is an advantage but not essential
• Manual Handling and HACCP certification (training available if required)
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts
