Responsibilities of the Chef:

• Preparing and cooking dishes in line with menu requirements
• Ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are followed
• Assisting kitchen teams during busy service times
• Managing prep work, stock control, and cleanliness
• Working with different menus and dietary requirements

Requirements for the Chef:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a busy kitchen environment
• Contract catering experience is an advantage
• Manual Handling and HACCP certs (training can be provided)
• Flexible approach to working hours
