Responsibilities of the Chef:

• Preparing and cooking food in line with kitchen standards
• Ensuring compliance with food safety procedures
• Assisting kitchen teams during service
• Managing prep, stock rotation, and cleanliness
• Adjusting to different menus and service styles

Requirements for the Chef:

• 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced kitchen
• Contract catering experience is an advantage
• Valid Manual Handling and HACCP certs (training available)
• Willingness to work flexible hours
