We’re seeking experienced Relief Contract Catering Chefs to support a range of clients across Cork. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver high-quality food while maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards
• Work closely with kitchen teams to ensure efficient service and smooth daily operations
• Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
• Assist with food preparation, stock control, and kitchen organisation
• Adapt to different client requirements, including dietary needs and customer preferences

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year’s chef experience, ideally within contract catering or high-volume kitchen environments
• Strong ability to work efficiently in fast-paced kitchens
• Culinary qualification is desirable but not essential
• Flexibility in your weekly availability
• Manual Handling and HACCP certification (training can be provided if required)
