Recruitment Resourcer – Hospitality

Are you working in hospitality and looking for a new career direction?

Excel Recruitment is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy Hospitality Division in Dublin.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong hospitality experience, ideally to Supervisor level or above, who wants to take their first step into the recruitment industry.

Previous recruitment experience is not required. Full training will be provided.

The Role

You’ll work alongside experienced Recruitment Consultants who manage busy temporary hospitality desks, supporting them with sourcing, recruiting and preparing candidates for work with our clients.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll get experience across the full recruitment process, from finding candidates right through to getting them ready to start work.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing temporary hospitality candidates across multiple recruitment platforms
• Screening candidates and assessing their suitability for available roles
• Conducting face-to-face candidate interviews
• Speaking with candidates over the phone and building strong relationships
• Advertising vacancies across multiple platforms
• Reviewing CVs and shortlisting suitable candidates
• Registering candidates and ensuring all required documentation is completed
• Checking candidate availability and maintaining accurate records
• Issuing PPE and ensuring candidates are properly prepared for assignments
• Supporting Recruitment Consultants running busy temporary recruitment desks
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of hospitality candidates
• Learning how to manage candidates throughout the full recruitment process

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has hospitality experience to at least Supervisor level
• Understands the pace, pressure and standards expected within the hospitality industry
• Enjoys working with and dealing with people
• Is confident speaking with candidates both face-to-face and over the phone
• Has good organisational and communication skills
• Is comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Is motivated, ambitious and willing to learn
• Is interested in developing a long-term career within the recruitment industry

You do not need previous recruitment experience.

For us, your knowledge of hospitality, ability to deal with people, work ethic and attitude are more important. We’ll provide the recruitment training.
