Excel Recruitment, one of Ireland’s largest specialist recruitment agencies, is seeking an experienced Temporary Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Dublin City office. With offices in Dublin, Naas, Cork, Galway and Belfast, we offer the scale, support and opportunities of a leading national recruitment business.

As our Industrial & Logistics Division continues to grow, we are looking for an ambitious and energetic consultant to take ownership of a busy, established desk, supplying HGV drivers and warehouse staff to leading logistics and distribution clients in the Dublin Area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Recruitment Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys the challenge of filling roles quickly and can build strong client and candidate relationships while managing a high-volume temporary desk.

The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant in our Temporary Recruitment Division, you will:

• Manage and grow an established logistics temporary recruitment desk
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Source, screen and place high volumes of temporary workers
• Coordinate shift cover, rosters and urgent staffing requirements
• Conduct regular client visits and on-site check-ins
• Oversee compliance, payroll coordination and temporary worker engagement
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the logistics sector

What We’re Looking For:

Previous recruitment experience is required, ideally within temporary logistics or industrial recruitment. Experience recruiting warehouse and transport staff is highly desirable. You will need strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work accurately at pace and perform well under pressure. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a commercial mindset and the ambition to grow and develop your own business within a business. A full driver’s licence is preferred.
