Pharmacy Supervisor

Our client, a successful Irish pharmacy retail chain is seeking to recruit an experienced Pharmacy Supervisor to join their busy store in Greystones, Co. Wicklow.

As Pharmacy Supervisor, you will work alongside the pharmacists, store manager, and sales team to ensure outstanding customer service to the store’s loyal customers.

OTC/pharmacy experience is advantageous, however, candidates coming from a cosmetics or fashion background are also considered.

*Please note this is a maternity cover contract*

Responsibilities of this job:

• Assist the Store Manager in providing excellent customer service
• Deliver sales targets while supporting the performance of the team
• Ensure professionalism and confidentiality are adhered to across the pharmacy
• Liaise with company reps to maximise sales through staff training, promotions, and product launches
• Support all team members with positive performance feedback, guidance, and regular appraisals
• Providing advice and help to patients and customers

Skills and experience required for this job:

• 2+ years of retail experience required within pharmacy, cosmetics, or fashion
• Strong people leadership skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proven ability to drive sales

Salary package:

• €14 – 15 per hour DOE
• 40-hour contract
