Responsibilities of the Pastry Chef position include:

• Prepare and serve desserts, bread and Pastries under the direction of The Head Pastry Chef with consistently meticulous attention to detail, showing a passion for the dish.
• Work well with others within a busy environment that encourages a team mentality.
• Working knowledge of HACCP & Food Safety regulations.
• Being Conscientious regarding potential waste.

Requirements for the Pastry Chef position include:

• Previous experience as a Pastry Chef in a similar environment.
• Good organisational skills and ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment serving dishes to the highest of standard.
• Full knowledge of HACCP. (Although we can provide full training)
• Flexibility regarding working hours.
• Good standard and comprehension of English.
• Full working rights in Ireland.
