We are currently recruiting an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager for a well-established destination hotel in South Tipperary. This is a standout opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who enjoys being hands-on, guest-facing, and people-led, while taking full ownership of a busy F&B operation.

The Role
As F&B Operations Manager, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of service across all food and beverage outlets, ensuring consistently high standards, strong team engagement, and smooth operational performance. You will work closely with senior management and department heads to ensure a seamless guest journey throughout the hotel. This is a floor-led role, ideal for a manager who leads from the front and takes real pride in service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across all hotel Food & Beverage outlets
- Maintain a strong, hands-on presence during service
- Lead, train, coach, and develop F&B teams at all levels
- Drive service standards, guest engagement, and issue resolution
- Manage staff rotas, labour planning, and cost control
- Oversee stock management, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Work closely with the kitchen, front office, and events teams
- Support weddings, conferences, and large-scale events from an F&B perspective
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and consistent service delivery
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational performance
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an F&B Manager, C&B Manager, or Operations Manager
- Background in a hotel or high-volume hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Passion for training, coaching, and team development
- A hands-on, service-driven management style
- Excellent communication and guest-focused approach
- Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
