Our client is a leading Irish hospitality and food service provider, delivering high-quality catering, corporate hospitality, and large-scale events across a vibrant, fast-paced environment. With a diverse mix of daily catering, multiple F&B outlets, and high-volume events, this is a role that offers real variety and hands-on experience across a dynamic operation.

This is not a hotel environment – instead, you’ll be part of a multifaceted hospitality setting with a strong focus on corporate events, high-volume service, and multi-outlet operations.

Due to the nature of the client site, this position offers a range of shift patterns, with approximately 60% Monday-Friday daytime operations and 40% evening and weekend event work.

They are now seeking an ambitious and motivated Operations & Events Hospitality Manager – a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career and gain exposure to large-scale, diverse hospitality operations.

The Role

This is a hands-on, fast-moving role where no two days are the same. You’ll support and coordinate a busy hospitality operation spanning multiple F&B outlets, daily catering services, and a wide variety of events – from corporate functions to high-volume, large-scale occasions.

Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll build your experience across operations, events, and team leadership, gaining valuable exposure to a complex and rewarding hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day running of a busy, multi-outlet F&B operation
  • Assist in delivering high-volume corporate events and functions from set-up through to execution
  • Work across a variety of service styles including general catering, hospitality service, and large-scale events
  • Take a hands-on role during service, ensuring high standards and a smooth guest experience
  • Supervise and support front-of-house teams across multiple service areas
  • Coordinate closely with kitchen and events teams to ensure efficient and seamless delivery
  • Assist with staff planning, event preparation, and operational organisation during peak periods
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, HACCP, and health & safety compliance
  • Support stock control, ordering, and day-to-day operational administration
  • Contribute ideas to improve service standards and enhance the overall offering

  • Experience in a supervisory or senior team member role within hospitality, catering, or events
  • Someone ready to take a step up into a broader operations-focused role
  • A strong interest in events, multi-site operations, and high-volume service
  • A hands-on, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, varied environment and manage multiple priorities
