This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Luxury Sales Consultants who genuinely enjoy building relationships with customers, working towards ambitious sales targets and representing beautiful, high-end products.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.

As a Luxury Sales Consultant, you will:

• Deliver an exceptional, personalised and memorable customer experience.
• Build strong relationships with new and returning clients.
• Work confidently towards individual and store sales targets.
• Develop excellent product knowledge across luxury collections.
• Understand each customer’s requirements and provide a consultative, tailored sales experience.
• Support the wider team in maintaining exceptional standards across the store.
• Represent the business and its luxury brands with professionalism and enthusiasm.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience within luxury or premium retail/hospitality.
• A strong background in consultative sales and achieving sales targets/KPIs.
• Experience within jewellery, watches, designer fashion, beauty, accessories or another premium customer-focused environment.
• A genuine passion for luxury products and delivering five-star customer service.
• Confidence building long-term relationships with customers.
• Strong communication skills and a naturally commercial mindset.
