Excel Recruitment are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Administrator to join our clients dynamic team and help streamline our supply chain and distribution operations.

Job Description:
As a Logistics Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting all logistics activities across our supply chain. This includes managing shipments, liaising with suppliers and carriers, processing documentation, and ensuring that inventory and delivery processes are efficient and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.

  • Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipping, and receiving.

  • Prepare and manage shipping documentation, invoices, and customs paperwork.

  • Track shipments and resolve delivery issues as they arise.

  • Support the logistics team in day-to-day administrative tasks.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or administration (1-3 years preferred).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP system experience is a plus.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

  • Knowledge of shipping procedures and logistics regulations is desirable.
