Kitchen team member

Excel Recruitment is looking for a Kitchen Team Member to work in a busy hospitality setting in the Belfast area. This position is ideal for someone who can cook to a good standard and work well under pressure.

Requirements

• Be a fast learner and someone who is confident dealing with changing environments
• Available for various shifts, which may include evenings & weekends
• As a Kitchen team member, you will have knowledge of food date labeling and stock rotation procedures
• Have knowledge of HACCP & Food Safety (This can be provided by us)
• Good level of spoken English

Responsibilities

• Working in a busy kitchen following instructions in a timely manner
• Prepare meals and food to a standard set by the Kitchen Manager
• Work on your own section ensuring it is fully set for service
• Cook food to the standards required by the Kitchen Manager
• Keep yourself and your work area clean at all times
• Follow all health & safety as well as food safety guidelines
