Kitchen Porter

Excel recruitment is currently recruiting energetic, hardworking, and enthusiastic Kitchen Porters for various locations in the Dublin area. Are you interested in advancement opportunities and learning new skills?

Requirements

– Experience working in a busy kitchen environment
– HAACP and Manual handling training (Can be provided by Excel Recruitment)
– Hardworking and time management skills
– Flexible and works well under pressure
– Good interpersonal and organisational skills

Responsibilities

– Organising and monitoring fridges, freezers, and storerooms.
– Managing and storing food/equipment deliveries
– Assisting chefs with food preparation
– Keeping food preparation areas sanitised
– Managing stock rotation
– High hygiene management, including kitchen equipment, floors, presses, fridges, bins etc
– Following HACCP procedures
