• Cleaning all used crockery, utensils, pots, and pans throughout a busy shift
• To keep all areas of the kitchen clean and tidy
• Clean down the kitchen at the end of the shift
• Follow food safety guidelines
• Mop floors and wipe walls
• Empty food waste bins
