In-store HR Trainee Manager

This role is suited to a candidate who has experience in a junior management position within grocery retail, who has completed studies within the field of HR.

There is a fantastic starting salary of €30k + excellent benefits on offer for the successful candidate

Responsibilities will include:

• Working with the recruitment team to ensure all internal vacancies are filled
• Advising management on HR issues and any changes to Irish employment law
• Keeping up to date with current Irish Employment Law and regulation changes
• Ensuring full compliance with rules and regulations
• Reporting to the HR manager with any relevant information or updates

Requirements for the HR Team Leader role:

• Experience working in HR
• Ability to build and manage relationships within the business
• In-depth knowledge of Irish employment law
• Excellent communication skills
• People-oriented and results driven
