In-store HR Manager – Retail

We are currently seeking an in-store HR Manager for our client’s wonderful team based in South Dublin.

Our client is one of Ireland’s leading supermarket retailers, with a brand name known in households across the country. This is a high-volume, flagship store, and they are seeking a candidate with experience managing in a high-volume environment, with a combined passion for retail and HR management.

Responsibilities will include:

• Working with the recruitment team to ensure all internal vacancies are filled
• Advising management on HR issues and any changes to Irish employment law
• Keeping up to date with current Irish Employment Law and regulation changes
• Ensuring full compliance with rules and regulations
• Reporting to the HR manager with any relevant information or updates

Requirements for role:

• Experience working in HR
• Ability to build and manage relationships within the business
• In-depth knowledge of Irish employment law
• Excellent communication skills
• People-oriented and results driven
