Human Resources Manager – Dublin

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially focused Human Resources Manager to join a leading retail business in Dublin.

This is a key leadership role within the organisation, partnering closely with senior management to drive the people strategy, support operational teams and ensure the business continues to attract, develop and retain top talent.

This role offers a highly competitive salary of €65,000 – €70,000, a strong benefits package, and the opportunity to operate at senior level, shaping people strategy within a progressive and expanding organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a trusted HR partner to senior leadership and operational management teams
  • Supporting store managers and department managers on all people-related matters
  • Managing employee relations cases including investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes
  • Driving recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-calibre retail talent
  • Supporting succession planning and leadership development programmes
  • Coaching and developing managers to build high-performing team
  • Leading employee engagement and retention initiatives across the business
  • Supporting workforce planning and organisational development strategies
  • Ensuring full compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Managing onboarding, performance management and employee development processes
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and initiatives

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven HR management experience within retail, hospitality, FMCG or other fast-paced operational environments
  • Strong understanding of Irish employment legislation and employee relations
  • Experience supporting multi-site operations highly desirable
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially minded with the ability to balance people and business priorities
  • Proven experience coaching and developing management teams
  • Strong recruitment, retention and talent development experience
  • Excellent communication, influencing and problem-solving skills
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent preferred
