Excel Recruitment are searching for a Hotel Revenue Manager for a highend property in Co. Mayo.

We are seeking an experienced, ambitious Hotel Revenue Manager to join a team at this beautiful property.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximise revenue, working closely with management team, sales and marketing and finance departments
  • Monitor competitor pricing and performance to assist in forecasting for the property
  • Manage data analysis, ensuring revenue reports are generated and distributed to relevant departments as required
  • Work collaboratively with sales team to prospective corporate clients to negotiate and close prospects for conference, rooms and F&B departments

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role at 4 or 5 Star level with a passion to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with revenue management systems
  • Knowledge of distribution channels including direct bookings, OTA and GDS platforms
