Excel Recruitment have an exciting new opportunity for a Hotel Marketing Manager. This is a new role and our client is seeking a dynamic individual with experience in hospitality marketing.

The successful candidate will have:

• Primary degree in marketing, hospitality management or equivalent
• At least 3 years experience in a marketing role in the hotel or hospitality sector
• Experience with online marketing and website management

Responsibilities of Hotel Marketing Manager:

• Work closely with management team to capture, plan and implement a defined strategy for the property
• Oversee content creation across all platforms
• Manage marketing collateral with attention to detail in particular to copyright, design and execution of both digital and traditional formats
• Drive engagement and bookings through a targeted advertising, SEO, email and social media
• Liaise with local businesses, tourism boards and operators, social media influencers and print media to maximise local engagement
• Manage CRM in an efficient manner deliver data to departments in a timely manner
