Healthcare Assistant

Located minutes from Wicklow town, our client provides residential care to older adults in an extremely welcoming and homely care facility. The decor is modern and resembles residents’ own homes. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be a valued member of the multi-disciplinary team, delivering a high standard of care in a compassionate and empathetic manner. Job Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team
• Assist with residents’ activities of daily living
• Provide reassurance and comfort to residents and their families
• Take initiative and work within your own scope of practice

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Kind and caring nature
• QQI Level 5 qualification in healthcare
• Experience is beneficial
