Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Advisor – Mobile Role | Dublin & Leinster

I am working with a highly respected and well-established Facilities Management organisation that is continuing to grow its HSEQ function. They are now looking to hire an experienced Mobile HSE Advisor to support a diverse client portfolio across Leinster, primarily Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity for a practical, client-focused Health & Safety professional who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working across multiple environments rather than being site-based.

The Role

• Reporting to the HSEQ Consultancy Manager, you will be responsible for delivering practical Health, Safety & Environmental support across a range of client sites.
• This is a hands-on, advisory position where you’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance, improve systems, and drive a positive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing HSE advice and support to multiple client locations
• Support and maintain ISO 45001, ISO 14001 & ISO 9001 standards within an integrated system
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and incident investigations
• Prepare project safety documentation, including PSDP / PSCS requirements
• Oversee and monitor contractor safety management systems
• Deliver HSE training (Manual Handling, DSE, Fire Safety, Manager training, etc.)
• Build strong relationships with clients, management teams, and operational staff
• Produce clear and professional HSEQ reports
• Maintain accurate records in line with legislation and ISO requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of Irish Health & Safety legislation
• Minimum Level 7 qualification in Health & Safety (or related)
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar HSE or consultancy role
• Experience working within ISO-certified environments
• Confident, professional and client-facing communicator
• Ability to manage your own workload across multiple sites
• Strong reporting and organisational skills
• IOSH membership (or working towards)
• Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Flexibility to travel across Leinster
