The responsibilities of a Head of Range include:
- Owning the transformation for the Range workstream, working across business and IT teams to drive the right solution.
- Owning the strategy, investment case, design and solution for Range, including decision-making, in conjunction with the Transformation Director.
- Engaging with business stakeholders as needed to bring in required subject matter expertise and lead/champion the change amongst business teams.
- Reviewing and approving the change to business processes and the systems design and functionality across the product streams in the Commercial and Supply Chain portfolios and core platforms.
- Managing and providing direction to the team on plan execution.
- Reviewing future business processes, operating model, and change road map in conjunction with the Transformation Director.
- Work with the Transformation team to ensure the impact of change on the business is understood and the appropriate change management plan is designed and mobilised to support benefits realisation and new sustainable ways of working.
Requirements for Head of Range include:
- Proven experience in a senior Commercial role with responsibility for managing and delivering a range for customers.
- Strong commercial acumen, highly numerate with sound analytical skills.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Experience leading change, working across different business areas and engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship management skills.
- Strong creative and problem-solving capabilities.
