Grocery Department Manager – Dublin

Excel Recruitment are on the look out for a Grocery Department Manager to join our famous client based in Dublin.

Our client is a food hotspot and is a leader in the food retail industry in Ireland. They have a food passionate culture and seek a candidate who are equally as passionate about food quality and customer service.

The ideal candidate for this position is an individual with prior food retail management experience and has a track record of achieving KPIs and sales targets.

• Training and developing staff
• Managing and delegating team tasks
• Achieving KPIs and sales
• Maintaining health & safety protocols
• Making rosters and communicating to management
• Stock control

Requirements:

• Grocery management experience desirable
• Good attitude
• Organisation skills
• Good decision making
