The ideal candidate for this position is an individual who is passionate and has a great working attitude. They must have grocery retail knowledge and have the ability to manage a team.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to lead and manage a team
• Doing rosters and training team members
• Stock management and control
• Ensuring food safety compliance
• Communicate to management team
• Achieve KPIs

Requirements:

• Food retail management experience is desirable
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of food retail industry
