Fresh Food Executive – Northwest/West of Ireland

Our client is a well-known food retailer and is well regarded as one of the best fresh food providers in the country. They have a passion for fresh food and ensuring the highest standard of customer service.

The desired candidate for this role is an individual with Fresh Food Management experience and can display in depth knowledge of the fresh food industry. They must have enthusiasm for food and love working in a fast-paced team environment.

Our client is offering a competitive salary package of €45k plus benefits

Responsibilities:

• Track record of achieving KPIs
• Ability to communicate effectively with management
• Responsible for all fresh food areas
• Ability to delegate tasks to a large team
• Train and develop staff to highest standard
• Monitor costs and ability to increase sales & profits

Requirements:

• Previous experience in similar fresh food management role
• Good attitude towards problem solving
• Enjoys leading in a team
