Field Sales Representative B2B – Flooring

My client manufacture and distribute flooring to retail, trade, and contractors nationwide.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Field Sales Representative/Area Sales Representative manage and grow sales of carpet, wood & laminate flooring, vinyl, artificial grass, underlays, and accessories.

The territory covers Cavan, Offaly, Westmeath, Longford, Leitrim, Roscommon, Clare, Galway, Mayo, and Sligo.

Package & Package: €37k-€40k negotiable but must reflect level of experience, Bonus €6k, Uncapped Commission paid weekly, Vehicle, 22 days holidays

This is a relationship-led sales role suited to someone who enjoys being out on the road, developing existing accounts while actively identifying and winning new business.

The ideal candidate will have B2B experience, selling into retail, trade, merchant, showroom, interiors, home improvement, construction, or related sectors.

Responsibilities for the job of Field Sales Representative B2B

• Drive and increase sales throughout your assigned territory
• Win new business while growing sales within existing customer accounts
• Establish and maintain lasting relationships with retail, trade, and contractor customers
• Visit customers regularly in person and ensure strong coverage across the territory
• Identify opportunities to grow customer spend and boost sales across current accounts
• Meet agreed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Promote current and new products to customers.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and follow up on orders and requirements
• Prepare and process customer orders accurately
• Keep up to date with market developments and competitor activity
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
