WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Essential: Previous management experience in fast food or quick-service restaurants (QSR).
• Experience managing large teams of 30-50 employees.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills.
• Proven ability to manage labour costs, sales, KPIs and operational performance.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service in busy, high-volume environments.
• Ambition to progress within a growing national company.
