Fashion Supervisor – Wicklow Kilquade

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Fashion Supervisor to join a thriving retail business in Kilquade Co. Wicklow. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a destination store offering an inspiring range of homeware, lifestyle, gifting, and Fashion.

The Role

As Fashion Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience, offering expert styling and outfit-building advice.
• Build strong customer relationships, encouraging loyalty and repeat business.
• Use your knowledge and passion for premium fashion brands, trends and collections to drive sales.
• Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running and commercial performance of the fashion department.
• Lead by example, supporting and motivating the team to deliver excellent service and achieve sales targets.
• Work closely with the Fashion Buyer, providing customer and product feedback on collections and trends.
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Support stock management, replenishment, seasonal launches and in-store events.

About You

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• Previous experience in a retail supervisory or senior sales in a fashion boutique environment or similar
• A passion for fashion brands and outfit building
• Excellent communication and selling skills
• A commercial mindset with the ability to drive sales and performance.
• An eye for visual merchandising and store presentation.
