Fashion & Home Retail Manager

We’re recruiting for an experienced retail leader to take ownership of a high-profile Fashion & Home department within one of Ireland’s most recognisable retail businesses. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven manager who loves building great teams, creating exceptional customer experiences, and delivering results in a fast-moving environment.

This isn’t just another retail management role. You’ll have the opportunity to shape a large department, inspire a large team, influence trading performance, and be part of a business investing heavily in its people, stores, and future growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading, coaching, and developing a team to deliver outstanding results.
• Driving commercial performance through strong leadership and customer focus.
• Creating an exceptional shopping experience that keeps customers coming back.
• Building a positive, high-performing culture where colleagues feel valued and motivated.
• Managing rotas, recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and succession planning.
• Ensuring visual standards, stock availability, and operational excellence are consistently delivered.
• Delivering successful seasonal launches, promotional events, and trading campaigns.
• Maintaining the highest standards of compliance, health & safety, and operational procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience managing large teams within fashion, home, or similar high-volume retail environments.
• A natural leader who enjoys developing people and building strong team cultures.
• Commercially focused with a strong understanding of KPIs, sales performance, and customer service.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced retail environment where no two days are the same.
• Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Ambitious, energetic, and excited by the opportunity to make a real impact.
