Fashion Deputy Manager

Our client, one of Ireland’s retail market leaders in sports/fashion retail is seeking to recruit an experienced Fashion Deputy Manager for their store in West Dublin.

This is a wonderful job opportunity for an enthusiastic fashion/sports retailer looking to join a large group where opportunities and growth are available.

This Fashion Deputy Manager job requires high street fashion retail/sports fashion management experience within a fast-paced volume background.

The successful candidate will be energetic and passionate with the ability to think strategically, commercially, and operationally.

Responsibilities of this job:

• Support the store manager with all aspects of managing a high-volume retail store
• Responsible for driving the commercial plan across the store
• Implementing strategic operational direction
• Analysing weekly and monthly sales versus targets and taking corrective actions
• Coaching, leading, and developing your team to achieve their goals
• Promoting and ensuring the highest levels of customer service
• Ensuring that the highest standards of fashion merchandising is maintained at all times
• Monitoring and managing all areas of store costs

Skills and experience required for this job:

• 2-3 years of retail fashion management experience
• Demonstrate a high level of commercial awareness
• A proven track record in driving and achieving KPI’s
• Excellent people management skills
