Fashion Deputy Manager

Our client, one of Irelands leading fashion sports retailers, is seeking to recruit a Fashion Deputy Manager to join their store in Cork.

As Fashion Deputy Manager, you will support, oversee, and monitor the smooth running and performance of the store alongside the store manager.

If you are a commercial Retail Manager with excellent leadership skills and have experience managing a team in a fashion or sports retail environment, then this is the job for you!

Responsibilities of this job:

• Promoting and encouraging the sales team to provide excellent customer service
• Setting challenging but realistic targets to drive the team to achieve store goals
• Implementing and adhering to all policies and procedures
• Maintaining merchandising standards, store layouts, and displays
• Training and development of staff

Skills and experience required for this job:

• 2+ years of fashion retail management experience within a similar role
• Excellent leadership and man management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-focused
• Dynamic, motivated, and enthusiastic
