Retail Department Manager – Dundrum

Our client, a leading multinational retail chain known for their premium quality in Fashion, Home & Beauty retail is seeking to recruit an experienced Department Manager for their premium South Dublin Store in Dundrum.

This role is suited to a retail leader from high volume fashion or similar with strong experience in people development, mentoring, motivating and succession planning.

Skills and Requirements for this job include the following:

  • 3 years + in high volume fashion or similar retail management experience
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to interpret sales data and drive performance.
  • Ability to work effectively across departments such as Fashion, Home, and Food.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
