Experienced Baristas – Monday to Friday Full-time Agency Work
Are you an experienced Barista looking for full-time work with consistent weekday hours? We are currently recruiting Baristas to join our temporary team, working across a variety of contract catering units located in office buildings throughout Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy a fast-paced environment, have a passion for coffee and customer service, and are available to work flexible assignments with leading corporate catering clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffees, teas, and specialty beverages
- Deliver excellent customer service in busy office-based cafés
- Operate coffee machines and maintain equipment to a high standard
- Handle cash and card transactions when required
- Replenish stock and maintain cleanliness of the service area
- Follow food safety and HACCP procedures at all times
Requirements
- Previous barista experience is essential
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Good knowledge of coffee preparation and machine operation
- Reliable, punctual, and professional presentation
- Flexibility to travel to different client locations across Dublin
