Retail Duty Manager – Tallaght

We are working with one of Ireland’s leading retailers who are seeking to appoint a Duty Manager to join their leadership team in a high-performing Tallaght store. With continued expansion across Ireland, the UK, and Europe, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business known for growth, development, and career progression.

The Duty Manager will support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring smooth operations and strong commercial performance. You will lead by example, inspiring department leads and team members to deliver exceptional results across all key performance areas.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, ensuring excellent customer experiences.
• Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, stock control, and maintaining a clean and organised store environment.
• Monitor team performance, support staff scheduling, and ensure the store is effectively resourced at all times.
• Use sales data and reports to identify trends and opportunities to drive revenue and maximise profitability.
• Deliver promotional plans and visual merchandising strategies to support seasonal events and new product launches.
• Build strong working relationships with customers, team members, and external suppliers

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience in a management role within a high-volume retail environment, ideally in big box, grocery, or non-food retail.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a large team of 30+.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Analytic mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Salary package:

• Salary package of €35k – €40k, DOE
