Deputy Store Manager – Waterford

Excel Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Manager for our thriving client based in Waterford.

Our client is a well-known grocery retail business with a real passion for food sale. They have the goal of continuing to create an impressive shopping experience for their customers. Our client enjoys delivering week-to-week in food quality and customer service.

The desired candidate for this role is an experienced Supervisor/ Retail Manager from a grocery retail background. They must have an aligned passion for the food industry and can drive sales & achieve targets.

Salary: €32k+ DOE

Responsibilities:

• Ability to drive sales
• Monitoring stock and waste
• Controlling and organising staff
• Implementing and following health and safety protocols
• Excellent standard of customer service

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail management
• Can-do attitude
• Ability to motivate staff
• History of achieving KPIs
