This is a great opportunity for an experienced Deli Manager, Deli Supervisor or Fresh Food Manager who enjoys leading from the front and delivering excellent food and customer service standards.

€35,000 salary

The Role:

• Manage the day-to-day running of the deli department
• Lead, train and motivate the deli team
• Manage ordering, stock, waste and margins
• Maintain excellent fresh food displays and merchandising
• Ensure strong HACCP, food safety and hygiene standards
• Drive sales and overall department performance
• Deliver excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous deli or fresh food management experience
• Strong team leadership skills
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP and food safety
• Commercially aware with good stock and waste control
• Hands-on, organised and passionate about fresh food
