Confectioner – North Dublin

This opportunity is perfectly suited to a candidate who has experience in baking confectionery goods and seeking to progress into a high-volume bakery environment.

Our client is one of Ireland’s most well-known and successful retailers and have become a household name over recent years. This is a great opportunity to get in on the action and receive market-leading training.

There is an hourly rate of up to €14 DOE for the successful candidate

Responsibilities:

• Ensure profitability by maintaining an accurate record of baking operations
• Manage supplies and inventory levels
• Ensure all products are baked in line with guidelines and of the highest possible quality
• Assess the quality of raw materials before baking
• Ensure the proper storage of baking utensils
• Ensuring HACCP and food safety guidelines are being always followed

Requirements for the role:

• Experience baking advantageous but not necessary
• Must have excellent attention to detail
• Good communication skills are essential
• Completed HACCP training essential
