Cleaner – Newcastle West

Excel Recruitment is seeking a reliable Cleaner for regular weekday shifts in Newcastle West. This role is ideal for someone available Monday to Friday during the morning or mid-morning for a few hours each day.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out regular cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
• Clean and sanitise toilets, kitchens, and communal areas
• Empty bins and replace liners
• Replenish cleaning supplies and report low stock
• Follow all health and safety, hygiene, and manual handling procedures

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
• Available Monday to Friday for morning or mid-morning shifts
• Happy to work a few hours each day
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Manual Handling certification is required, though training can be arranged if needed
• Reliable, punctual, and based in or able to travel to Newcastle West
