Responsibilities of the Chef:

• Preparing and cooking food to a high standard
• Following food safety and hygiene guidelines
• Supporting kitchen teams during busy services
• Managing prep work, stock rotation, and cleanliness
• Adapting quickly to new kitchens and menus

Requirements for the Chef:

• 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced kitchen
• Contract catering background is beneficial
• Manual Handling and HACCP certs (training can be arranged)
• Flexible availability
