This job would suit an experienced Chef with a background in Fresh Food Management. Our client seeks a dynamic individual who has a genuine passion for fresh foods and a drive to grow sales and profits. This is an amazing opportunity to lead a team of talented Fresh Food staff and develop your passion for food and customer service.

There is an excellent salary of up to €40k DOE on offer for the successful candidate

Responsibilities for the role of Chef Manager include:

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the Fresh Food department
• Managing staff and delegating tasks to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
• Implementing fresh and innovative ways to improve department sales and standards
• Achieving all targets and KPIs set by the store manager
• Adhering to HACCP and Food Safety regulations

Who you are as a Chef Manager:

• An experienced Fresh Food manager with a passion for food
• An excellent track record for exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Fully trained in HACCP and Food Safety
• Experience dealing with Health and Safety audits
