Chef Manager – Cork

Our client, a famous retailer and top player in the fresh food industry is seeking to recruit an experienced Chef to lead their team in one of their Cork stores.

Salary package: DOE plus pension, 26 days holidays and other excellent benefits

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the Fresh Food department
• Managing staff and delegating tasks to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
• Implementing fresh and innovative ways to improve department sales and standards
• Achieving all targets and KPIs set by the store manager
• Adhering to HACCP and Food Safety regulations

Requirements for this job include:

• An experienced Fresh Food manager with a passion for food
• An excellent track record for exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Fully trained in HACCP and Food Safety
• Experience dealing with Health and Safety audits
