Chef de Partie

Excel Recruitment is looking fro a confident Chef de Partie, to work with our client on an ongoing basis in Belfast City Centre, with the possibility of a permanent position becoming available following a successful trial period.

This job comes with a fantastic work life balance, with no evenings and shift times of 6.30am-3pm daily in a modern fantastic city centre kitchen.

Chef Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience preparing and cooking in a busy kitchen environment
• HACCP (Excel can supply this is needed)
• Available for various shifts, which may include evenings & weekends
• As cook you will have knowledge of all food safety guidelines
• Good level of spoken & written English

Chef Responsibilities

• Working in a busy kitchen following the Head Chefs instructions
• Work on your own section ensuring it is fully set for service
• Always cook food to the highest standard
• As Chef you will need to follow your supervisor’s instructions
• Consistently keep yourself and your work area clean
• Follow all health & safety as well as food safety guidelines
