Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to prepare and present dishes to meet our high standards and specifications
• Ensure cleanliness and adherence to food safety regulations in the kitchen area
• Consistently deliver exceptional food quality and presentation to exceed guest expectations
• Contribute creative ideas to menu development and special events

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a hotel or upscale restaurant environment
• Hotel experience is advantageous
• Culinary qualifications or relevant training are preferred
• Demonstrated culinary skills with a passion for food and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
