What you’ll be doing:

  • Taking ownership of a designated section during breakfast service

  • Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to a consistent standard

  • Working closely with a skilled kitchen team in a fast-paced, professional environment

  • Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards

  • Supporting junior team members and contributing to a positive kitchen culture

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up

  • A passion for breakfast cuisine and early morning service

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
