Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals in line with menu specifications
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and HACCP standards
• Assist with stock control and minimise food wastage
• Ensure all kitchen areas are clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations
• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work rostered shifts, including weekends where required
