Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
• Perform effectively during busy service periods
• Adapt confidently to different kitchen environments and service styles

Requirements

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen (depending on role level)
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Food Hygiene Level 2 and Manual Handling certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Capability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure settings
• Reliable, punctual, and committed with a strong work ethic
