Chef – Galway

Are you a food passionate chef, looking to get away from hotel/ restaurant hours? Excel Recruitment is seeking an experienced Chef for our fantastic grocery retailer client based in Galway.

The ideal candidate will have had previous chef experience and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, team environment. They must work with enthusiasm and communicate effectively within their team.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of HACCP and other Food Safety protocols
• Monitor stock and waste
• Follow the recipe given to them
• Excellent food preparation and presentation
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Great attention to detail and have an organised approach to work

Requirements:

• Must have previous chef experience
• Good communication & organisational skills
• Knowledge of HACCP & Food Safety
